Headlights fogging up (4 of them)

Yes, all four of my headlights started fogging saturday. I have my OEM one, and my custom yellow headlights, well the DS one was fogging saturday. I had just washed my car, but they've been on my car since august 10th. this is the first time they started fogging. I thought it'd disipate on it's own, but it got really bad tuesday night. Took of the DS headlight to let it dry and put on the OEM one. Then the PS custom one started to fog last night. Today I put the PS OEM one back on, and would you know, now the OEm one's are fogging. I can get the OEM ones replaced if needed. But how can I save my custom ones? Will the clear permatex sealant reseal if I heat and smooth it out? Will it even reheat and be useable? Is it due to the change in weather? help!

if you sealed the edges well that might not be the problem, moisture might be getting in where the bulb comes into the back of the light fixture
