heel plate (need help finding)

i've seen some really nice ones but i can't find any of them. it really helps with shifting to and adds support. oh also i dont want those horrible looking momo's ones either. any help would be greatly appreciated. i've been search heel plate but can't find it.

I personally tried to do the same, but I found that most of the cheap mats have no provision for the hooks that keep the mat from getting scrunched up under the clutch.
