so my cobalt was supposed to be here by the end of march, and it wasnt. So i talked to my dealer and he said something about the factory switching over, so i took that as a reasonable excuse. Now i think he is playing games or something with me i dont know what the deal is. He told me that he could have it to me by mid april, so yesterday i went and check on the progress and he said he is still waiting to hear from the factory and "his hands are tied right now". What should i do? Should i go see another dealer, is there anyway i can find out whats going on? It seems to me like i am getting lied to. Anyone have any helpful advice for me, dealers espically?

 

well if i were u i would give gm a call, tell them you feel like your are being lied to, and you don’t see a gm car in ur future, because theres been so much fuss over this one.... gm should say their sorry and blah blah, and they will give your dealer a call, and see whats up.... i had a problem with my dealer about the weather striping on the roof, they didn’t wanna fix it because they said the "back window had to come out to fix it" so i called gm, and my dealer called the same say telling me to bring my car in, (they tried to fix it, but the same thing is happening again now and its off warranty sigh) .............
