help me please

parents had a very bad experience with ROTHROCK in PA. the tech there changed the oil about 3k miles ago but forgot to change the oil filter. Dad went to complain to the service manager but he just replied ehh it happens. I need the number for gm to call and complain.

rofl. I live near rothrock, and all the GM dealers around here are pretty BS. I'd go to Brown Daub in wind gap if your close enough.

thank you

i can't even find a dealership near me in phoenixville, PA that will do stage 2 or any performance stuff. Rothrock and thomas don't even attempt that stuff

this has happened before to a dealership around here. they were charging people for a new filter and not replacing it during hte oil change.
