Help from the Parts Department is here.

Ok lots of you are getting RAPPED by dealerships across this country on parts costs. I'm gonna offer to help anyone here with any GM vehicle parts for cars or trucks up to one ton.
You need part numbers? I got em! You want color matched SPRAY PAINT direct from GM!? PFT! Easy one! You want to know EXACTLY what that stage kit or whatever ACTUALY costs the dealer to buy it from GM? HA! Just ask away!

Now I am only 1 person and I do get busy here at the dealership so if I don't answer you right away I'll get back as quickly as I can to you.

Also I don't work on weekends or evenings so if you ask me something then its gonna wait till my next work day.

So whoever needs/wants whatever just ask away and I'll let you know.

p.s. don't ask me about labor rates as I'm not in service, just parts questions please.

DISCLAIMER::I am NOT offering to sell any parts here! This is STRICTLY for pricing and parts information!
Also if I don't get VIN#'s I can't gaurentee parts will be correct.

I NO LONGER WORK FOR GM. I'VE MADE SEVERAL POSTS TO THIS FACT YET I CONTINUE TO GET PM'S REQUESTING PARTS INFO PLEASE BE ADVISED I NO LONGER WORK FOR GM AND HAVE NO WAY TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS ANYMORE.

No I get paid by the hour so commission doesn't mean anything to me so I can answer your questions honestly and with no BS.

Now I know commission is how a large part of parts guys DO get paid but I'm here to let you know HOW MUCH they are marking stuff up if need be. Or to just find you part #'s.

Here ya go # 12345539 and it retails for $9.00 a can. Cost is $5.53. It should take a dealer about a week to 10 days to get it in.

Can you get canadian part numbers as well? I am not too worried about the cost or retail price.
If you are able to, can you find the number for the 270W OEM amp for a 2006 Cobalt?
Thanks

How much are the 18" Gunmetal rims at cost?

And can we get the paint to repaint them ourselves (if so how much)?

Thanks,

The wheels I'll need your VIN# for. The system here doesn't tell me other then RPO codes which wheels are which. PM me yourVIN and I'll get it for you.

But no there is NO paint for them. GM has a bullitin on them but dealers are to send them out to be re-done. NO dealer is allowed to work on our wheels in house, they MUST be sent to a professional whhel shop.
