Help with pricing on a 2008 cobalt LT

I have been wanting a cobalt for a while now i have been wanting a SS but im mostly wanting one for gas mileage. I like a well option car and i deff want one with Onstar, and from what i hear that the 2.2 can keep up pretty much with the 2.4's performance wise. I have fount this one near where i live and was wanting to know a good price to be for it? THANKS IN advance

i got my 06 ss in feb. with 2k miles for 13k. go to carmax.

I've got to tell ya. Unless you really want brand new, you can go on the internet and find almost any cobalt with low mileage and the same options for a lot less. I'd highly recommend that before sheeling almost 20k after it's all said and done for a new non SS cobalt.

That one is almost exactly what I have, except this one also has fogs and remote start. I would go for it, if thats what you are looking for. Just make sure that you don't pay $19K, I would try to work down to atleast $17.5K, if not lower.

and that was before gms

id look for a 2006 or 2007 used Cobalt SS/SC instead of going for a 08 LT. Even the 2.4L SS/NA would be way better than an LT imo.

o guys must like paying alot for base model balts.. like i said.. i got an 06 ss/na for 13k brand new..

i would like to know how, but i didnt even bargain with him but with the 1k rebate and 2.9% finace i can get it for 16k

I agree with you, especially seeing as how he bought it in February of 2008. It wasn't new. Factory invoice on a 2006 SS/NA with no options was $15,971.

I got my 2007 Cobalt LT with every power option available and the sport kit, with the sunroof for almost $17k... had only 7 miles on it when i drove off the lot.. I put down almost $6k..... reason being iv been saving since high school for it... woulda got a 2007 Cobalt SS but ****, the sticker price was $25k wih only 2 miles on it.. thats well over a $30k with interest, plates, and taxes... **** that... but dam, it looked soooo clean!!! oh well, i LOVE my 2.2....
