Hey everyone
Hey everyone
Ill keep the story to a minimal, I bought an 07 Cobalt LS 2door coupe. Im impressed with the cobalt, the LS makes for a great commuter car, plus you get a decent ride for what it sells for. It replaced a 91 Camaro that I bought 3 years ago and had 143k miles on the origional drivetrain when i handed over the keys. The camaro was no longer practical getting about 11 mpg city, driving conservatively (what my drives usually consist of) Im a car nut and a gear head, i like working on my own cars and enjoy driving both long distances and on spirted runs (at early hours when there is no traffic ofcourse). Ive been lurking for a while and you all seem like a cool bunch of guys. Here are some pics.

Engine w/o the hamster wheel looking cover thingy

When you drive an old car you get used to being prepared

Really comfortable interior, having a built in audio input totally rocks, as you can see its a 5spd, my personal preferance.

Cool thanks a bunch, i wasnt expecting this warm of a welcome but thanks alot guys, ill talk to you all in the morning.
lol thanks, well i took the car bargain basement style, at first i though about adding the small factory spoiler but i dont want to attract that kind of attention. Ive already been hasseled by a mustang owner for no reason except that my car was a chevy... sigh
Lol its an 07 C6 coupe I bought last August at a really good price, infact i drove 40 miles just to give the same dealer my business with the Balt. Right now its stock but i did black out the exterior over the winter. Id like to get a baseline dyno and some track time before going with a bolt on setup. if you click "my car domain" in my sig i have a bunch of pics as well as videos Ive taken/ taken of me. enjoy guys
