Higher price for Cobalts in '07?

Higher price for Cobalts in '07?
I've been looking at different prices for a brand new '07 Cobalt SS/SC and the CHEAPEST I've found was $23,900 and most are around the $24-25k mark. Granted that is without all the incentives and what not but I heard people were getting them for $18-$19k. Is there a way to get the price down a little?
Bump, anyone have any ideas? Do you think I could get a new SS/SC Memorial day weekend for under 20k?

your in NY. drive down to MD and there stickered at 18-21k.
prices varies on where you live so you must live in a exspensive place because when i lived down in MD where its dirtcheep to live a new ss/sc was 19,500.
