but almost every band harmonizes the lead vocals with lead vocals...at least on recordings..

and evanescence guitarist is one of the sickest metal guitarist i know (although that dosnt really show in the bitch band)

umm before you evanescence sucks you need to see them live.. her voice is crazy I went to see the concert based on bring me to life ( i saw them 2 months before the cd came out)... yes it's all about opinion.. but they're not really that produced, most bands harmonize with the lead vocals on their cd and it's the lead singer doing all of the notes for consistency sake. I work with a guy that has a studio in our office and i've done some recording myself...you don't want to have 2 different voices on chords on a cd because the slight difference will make things seem off

amy lee is an outstanding musician, even if you don't like the type of music you have to be able to admit that... plus ... her voice doesn't sound as good recorded ... she has a presence that doesn't come through on cd

also as awesome as ben was on guitar.. he's the reason evanescence "isn't creative" even though their music was very different then most bands when they first came out... which is one of the reasons he left.. he wanted to do formulas for songs, amy lee just wanted musicality
