how do i do this?

Can someone give me a how-to on removing the SS/SC spoiler without ruining the trunk? In other words, I see people with the SC and they removed the spoiler. There's no holes and it's all painted. Another thing, how do I take off the retard plastic thing that's under the front bumper? It's annoying the crap out of me, because it always sounds like i'm bottoming out...

You should keep the plastic thing. It actually prevents you from bottoming out, that's the point. To let you know that your about to hit something before you do bottom out. The spoiler is only 4 (maybe 8) bolts. I think there is a how-to, but not sure. And to fix the holes you'll need to take it to a body shop to patch/paint.

The air dam on the front also help direct air into the heat exchangers.
