How many Cobalt models?

In the online Cobalt Brochure that can be viewed in pdf format at Chevrolet.com, there are 8 Cobalt models to choose from.

Cobalt Coupe
Cobalt Sedan
Cobalt LS Coupe
Cobalt LS Sedan
Cobalt LT Sedan
Cobalt SS Coupe
Cobalt SS Sedan
Cobalt SS Supercharged Coupe

I wasn't aware of the SS Coupe or the SS Sedan. Neither one has pricing information on the website. What's going on?!

The latest info from GM is that the Cobalt SS (coupe and sedan) will start production in Feb. 2005 as a 2006 model car.

Cool. I've heard conflicting reports, but nothing reliable. Where did you hear that from?

From the Chevy Website:
" Cobalt SS Supercharged Coupe in Victory Red. Available late fall 2004. Preproduction model shown. Actual production model may vary.
Price as shown $21,995*"

So if GM is making press releases like that, you think they would update their own website. Last time I check Winter started Dec. 22, 2:04 AM.

that PDF is very old, as the SS was listed on the website early in the summer, then taken off...

This is the most recent update issued by GM. Had to call a 1-800 # to dig it out of them.
