In my area of Upstate N.Y., I've got a shop just 5 min. from my house that utilizes a Dyno Dynamics roller type dyno.

Bad thing is, he charges $250 for the min. 1 hr. of dyno time.

About 30 min. away is a facility that uses a Dynapack (wheel hub) type dyno that only charges $100 for the min. 1 hr. on the dyno.

But I prefer the roller type dyno, so until I'm ready to install the Factory Warranteed St.1 or St.2 I don't see a reason to baseline my car just yet.

around $80-$100 for 2 to 3 pulls depending on who you go to. some do by the hour but you're getting raped on that ****.

Local guy here on the 1st Friday night of every month does 2 pulls for $25 with a/f. He used to do 3 pulls but with 40+ people showing up it was taking too long. No one needs 3 pulls anyway to see a numbers. 1 run will get the numbers unless the operator is a clutz.

Otherwise they are usually 3 pulls for $85- $125 regular prices between to local places.

Don't know if SSCARTUNING is still tuning Cobalts but try PMin' him. He has expierence with HPtuners and Cobalts.

I'd ask Japeater also his car was tuned by him.

These guys are located down in the North Dallas area though may be a little to far to travel from stratford. Just another option.

I'm in CT...the shop in Manchester is asking $600 for dyno tune with HPTuners...thought that was a little steep but the guys said it'll be perfect after that...so...I've also heard XXTuning is kinda expensive as well...

The Show Zone in Charleston xskier and I go to is as follows on pricing the last I knew:

$75 for three pulls
$100 for an hour self tuning 2WD
$125 for an hour self tuning 4WD/AWD
$150 for an hour professional tuning 2WD
$175 for an hour professional tuning 4WD/AWD

Most of the time if you do a street tune first, it'll only take an hour or two to fine tune it all in. If your starting from scratch for a new untested project like my twinscrew and have any issues at all, you're easily looking at 4+ hours! That bill was over $600 for me, but luckily Colin taught me how to use HPTuners correctly during that time so I can do a lot of stuff myself now. Good Luck either way.
