How to remove this thing?

Does anyone know how to remove this?

..Or if it's even possible?

(The plastic thing under the headrest that holds the seat belt.)

Why do you want to remove it? Doesn't it help for safety purposes? Wearing the seatbealt with out that is kinda bothersome, belt gets closer to you neck.

LOL thats not too hard. there are some buttoms that you have to push to remove the top part of the seat and from there you can remove the plastic part
