I miss my K&N
Last October/November, I had my car dynoed with my K&N
it was cool. I had 17psi peak boost....
A Few weeks ago, I had to remove my K&N because of interferance problems with my brake lines
Today, I opened it up, wide open, and only got 13.2 psi of boost. (Interceptor Record Function so that I could watch the road not the gauge while driving) Of course I stoped accelerating at about 4800 rpm. This is with a 2.85" Pully.
I don't think ALL of the lack of performance is due to the removal of my K&N, I think some of it, is the fact that the Air is alot hotter now, and more humid.
Well What intake is reccomened if I choose to try to get my performance back?
