100 shot is kinda big though without building the internals. a safe shot would be 75 at the most without buildin up the internals. or maybe thats just my opinion..

Dude I am not trying to be a huge ass but it seems every week you want to do something different. One week you were selling your car for a SS/SC then you wanted a SS/TC. Now your asking for ways yo make your LS fast when you already told everyone you have a turbo kit in the basement.. Why not put that turbo kit on? I think what you need to do is find out what you actually want to do insted of posting a differnet thread every day saying your going to turbo your LS get a SS/SC get a SS/TC blah blah blah.

 

the only reason im not putting it on yet. is because of my governer. there is no point in boosting my car if i can only get 105. so right now before i take it out of the box. im tryin to figure out what i can do.. if its unopened in the box, ill get a hell of a lot more money then if its opened

as for the ss.sc i would get it in an instant. but my no credit **** has been killing that idea. also, im saving up a downpayment. i need about 2,000 more so i can put down 5,000

 

why is there no reason to put it in? i dont think ur car would even trap 105 in the 1/4 mile with it on...

 

sounds to me like you need to order the clear image tune to get rid of the limiter. right now thats your only option..

 

Dude I want pics of this turbo kit. There is no way in hell I personally would have a turbo kit for a car that I own and just let it sit in the basement. And there is no way I would buy a turbo kit and then sit on it and wait for tuning to come out (I heard it has been relased now?) And you really believe that opening the box is gonna make you lose X ammount of money?

Here's a thought...you're gonna be slow either way. You can't even afford your bills. Forget about modding your car until you have money. You'll be living in a trailer before you know it.

 

why would a company procude a turbo kit (a company like garret) if they thought the car was not boost safe

man i think you really need to sit down..write a list of pros and cons of everything..forget posting **** on these forums..sit down..sit down with ur dad even and write up a list of pros and cons of ALL your options..first start by writting what you want (or even deciding what you want) and follow from there, instead of posting and changing your mind on here. sorry if i am sounding like a ass, but you need to decided what u want to do before u waste more money

pay my car payment 232
pay my insurance 301
house payment 825
water elec internet phone etc. etc.

and i still have 3,000 saved from 3 months to get an ss.sc

 

why not keep saving like that, pay ur car off...then in 2 years have like 30,000 saved for a nie downpayment on a awesome house or invest it..or buy a car u REALLY want

or buy a c5 corvette for 20,000 bucks

 

tbh id rather have a ss.tc cause the gas on a vette would be nuts
