I need a lawyer
or some legal advice.
as you can see from my previous thread, i have a couple of dents in my car atm..

an officer spoke to my friend(kyle) who dented my car today, kyle says that i cant prove that i did not have the dent there before. if i go to court, he says he will win because he has no proof that the dent wasnt there before
i have 20+ witnesses that saw him and his cousin fall on my hood.
i also have pictures that i took earlier that day of my hood.
with these pictures a friend took 5 hours before the incident, and the witnesses saying that he did fall on my hood, do you think i can beat the case?
knowing kyle, he will say something smart, saying within those 5 hours i got a dent on my hood.... i need to be able to prove some how that it was him who dented my hood

Just have one or two of your 20 friends come in and tell the judge that he caused the damage when he got into a fight. A judge is going to believe 3 people saying he did it before he believes one person saying they didn't do it.

you should be straight.. if you got a lot full of witnesses then you should be good, especially if any cops were involved..

You're going to be taking him to small claims court for the cost of a hood. In small claims court it is just you (your witnesses), the judge and him. Proof would be great, but someone's (or two people's) testimony of them saying your friend caused the damage will most likely make the judge side with you. He's just saying that so you won't bring him to court. Bring in the pictures from before it happened and the pictures of afterwards. With that and your friends' testimony saying he did it should be enough for you to win.

if it wouldnt be too much trouble, or money. dont want you to spend money. i will have about 3 people taking to court if we do go to court. hopefully the judge asks something like did you see a dent before? or w.e

^^^This, before pics+ after pics plus statements from your buddies should get you a new hood
I think you'll be better off without help form barracks lawyers
i'd get even somehow....just me
find a friend with a pickup.....go fill it with cow dung from your local landscape supply....and throw that **** all over his car........that's where i would start

but while his car smells like cow dung for a couple weeks you can just sit back and smile while you plot your next move
if i ever caught someone ******* up my car and they wouldn't fix it......they will certainly regret it for months and months to come. id tape a kilo to his gas tank and invite the k9 units over

He should own up to the damage and take care of it for you.... the least I would have done is bought a claybar kit and a dent remover and worked my ass off on my friends car if I had done that to them...
Instead of taking him to court, tell him he's gotta suck your nuts and then video tape it and post it on youtube
