We are not havin the problem we were havin the night before so far its all good... and they can't ban that IP address bc i use the same IP address when im wat work its all on the same network

If they were smart they would ban the IP address and say good by!!!!!

won't help. They just use another address and make a new account. Honestly this is a catch 22. You can keep them out but they will just do something else to get on.
