ice possible

Anyone else get the ice possible warning when the temperature goes below 36 degrees?
I just saw it today and that's pretty cool.

I did just the other day, at first I was worried that it meant the engine was too cold or something, but then I figured it means ice possible on the road and yep, pretty cool

Yup, its programed to come on when the temp is below (I forget) degrees. I think it's neat. An interesting mod though would be to install an ice detector like aircraft have.

You must live where there isn't much snow, I see this every time I start the car for at least 4 months of the year haha.

This. Hahaha. I was like WTF.... Really? Dumbest thread ever. Then I saw the op was from Texas and the. I thought all honestly I wouldn't know if the car had a special message when it gets above 35 degrees C so I shouldn't judge lol.

It's such a stupid warning. It might as well just say its cold out.

One word: Canada I see this thing almost every day for 6 months outta the year. And sometimes a couple times in the summer.

Its ok, but annoying that I have to just hit info one extra time to get past it.

My semi truck used to do that. Was most annoying thing ever. Usually come on at 34 degrees or lower (which is considered 'freezing')
