Buddy of mine is buying a 06 Cobalt SS with the G85, LSD and Recaro package...
He's wanting to put it in the 12's...
what's the best header/exhaust/pulley/PCM/injector size to get him there...
Is there any tuning software or AFC tools avalible?
What's the easiest route (not N2O) to get there??
O yea.. My Grand prix is slow..

Currently Intense Stage 5 is the only thing that will achieve that. You can't add the CAI or exhaust though unless you get custom tuning. Intense only programs it for stock I/H/E and just a CAI will make it run like fecal matter.
An INTENSE stage 5, plus intake, cat-back, and cat delete should net consistant 12's at close to 110 mph with custom tuning. Rob got to the 12's with alot less, but every car is different. The mods in my sig should be more than enough.
