im confused

im confused

ok got a problem. my car is lowered, and the other day something came up and cracked my oil pan. well i put a new one in today, and now it doesnt regester my oil level. im not popping any codes, and have 4.75 quarts in it. can figure out why its not seeing the oil level. any suggestions?

wiring sounds like it also remember you need like 6 quarts your oil filter holds oil as well also check for any leaks but probally a wiring prob

The filter loses almost all its oil when the car sits for a while due to its high mounting point...however, you're probably not getting a reading because if you've got the SS/SC, you're over a quart low.

yea got it figured out. for some reason i listened to the dealership instead of just looking in the manuel. three dealerships told me 4.75 quarts. i feel like a ******* now. haha
