So I'm driving home from last minute xmas shopping on christmas eve at 3:30. This scumbag in a 91 Maxima with a fart can exhaust is messing with me the whole time on north ocean. So he gets caught back in traffic while in a good distance in front of the traffic. I see him cut off my girlfriend who is a few cars back and weeves in and out of cars cutting multiple people off. I'm in the middle lane and I see this kid come up in my rear view mirror real fast like he's gonna rear end me(i knew he prob wasn't but still) I then signaled and went left to get out of his way and too slow down to wait for my gf and the dick going like 90 or so goes left too and goes around me and seeing the memorial pyramid with the flag on it the on ramp to go there was going to end he side swiped me hitting me in the left front side of my car. THis scumbag thinks he can then out ****** run my car. MY CAR!!! I ****** catch him in two seconds we're going 90+ and I call 911 with his plates. He then finally pulls over on mooney pond road and we waited for the cops. It took every ounce of self control I had to not get out of the car to not giv this kid the beating of his life. I had the picture of getting cuffed in my mind the whole time. THis kid tries to lie to the cop n all this **** saying he didn't run from me. You didn't run? THey why did you have to pull over over a mile away from where you hit me and there's a huge shoulder the whole way down. ****** bullshit. As I'm writign the statement I oculd hear this dumb ************ sayign kids these days have no driving skills. I couldn't believe how stupid this kid was. So as soon as I got home i called in the claim. I will do everything in my power to **** this kid over. The damage isn't that bad I have scratches on my door, side view mirror, the front left of the bumper has scratches, dented and scratched fender. Holy **** when this kid hit me he sent me into a side ways skid that I quickly recovered. I have to say our cars handle rediculously well and I felt safe as ****. I jsut can't believe this scumbag had to ruine my day yesterday. Sorry I just had to vent to you guys. Here's a pick of some of the damage from my cell.

she didn't see the accident because she was so far back and no one pulled over with us because he took off so fast I had to catch him and we moved away from traffic. and i have the insurance guy hopefully look at my car on tuesday.

Richyc "Roll queen" was cut off by an altima doin 145mph, hit a parked trailer, flipped three times.. he was racing someone and this ******** decided to join in..

I was cut off by a maxima that ended up slamming into a pickup truck 50 ft in front of me, and when they bounced back across the rd after hitting the diveder I somehow went btwn them without getting hit, but my hood did get dented by a pc of the maxima's headlight.
and there is more and all have the same thing in common... some dumb **** in a nissan that thinks his car is fast and can't drive for ****..
well hope the damage isn't too bad and the insurance company don't **** you over too

I dunno about you guys, but here in NY we have a problem with these ********* driving around with no insurance... so if its the case he's gonna get nothing but higher insurance.,.. and with me... I"d take the night in jail to get something outta the P.O.S> if he didn't provide proper insurance at the scene... plus just the fact that he tried to run is reason enough..
**** try running from the cops and watch what happens when they catch you.

Well im goin to add to this list too.... I know I was also in the wrong, but still... pisses me off.... On a nice long straight stretch road and the speed limit is 50... mini van is going like 35 and their is a old piecer nissan maxima with a crappy exhaust on it (early 90s model)... right behind the mini van doin the same speed... I decide to put my blinker on and pass the both of them and as I pull around the kid in the nissan decides hes going to pass too and he wants to pass before i do..... so he almost hits me as he comes out... we both pass and I bein a dick and already pissed that this kid almost hit me... decide im going to pass the nissan too... he decides hes goin to try and not let me pass and keeps weaving from side to side... finally here comes a tahoe head on toward both of us... nissan gets into our lane and as i go to finish passing him the little **** tries to pull out in front of me again.... he finally stops tryin to hit me and i fly past him with 25 to 30 ft left before i go head on with the tahoe.... I know I shouldnt have been passing 2 cars at one time and their is no excuse for it, but the ******* nissan made it that much more of a dangerous situation.

 

how the hell do they get away with no insurance? here in northern New York, damn... you drop insurance and don't turn the tags in, the sheriffs are knocking on your door after about a week...

i had a guy in plattsburgh NY, on Friday try some similiar stupid ****... I had my mom with me doing the last minute shopping thing and we were talking about where to eat dinner. I hit the light by the malls, and was sitting in the right lane, just minding my own business when this 2nd Gen Eclipse rolls next to us in the left lane... i'm not paying attention, it's nothing to me, i'm just hungry and want to eat dinner... so the light goes green (it's a really long light) and the next thing i know, the guy in the Eclipse is lighting the tires up... that's no big deal, only what happens when an FWD burns out? The front end has a tendency to shift one side or the other... as there are crowns to the roads up here, his Eclipse was about to become part of my Cobalt!! I gun it away from the guy, my mom freaking out because the little SS just hooked and we were gone! So i get into 3rd and let off at around 40 (speed limit was 35) and the guy goes rocketing by me and get this... this is the piece de resistance... he kicks his hazards on... yeah, the old four-way flyby... the whole time cutting lanes and going about 70 in a 35... you know, there is never ever a cop around when there is an absolute need for one... ever notice that?

My mom was classic... "what an *******."

Anyways, i hope everything turns out alright with your car and your insurance company takes this guy to the cleaners... hell, have them throw in some stripes or something.

The kid had insurance. I gave them a statement over the phone. THey are coming to assess the damage and what not and hopefully they will be able to get all the money n **** from his company and I hope his insurance ****** sky rockets that scumbag.

When I was out shooping and it was raining I saw a ford ranger make a right on a red and a chevy siverado was right on top of him and hit the ford at 65 on the side. I pulled over and stoped and made shure every one was all right and the silverado only had bumper damage but the ranger was split in half and the guy was in bad shape so I called the cops and left after they questioned me. But thats how peaple are on the holidays.
