ingalls vs solid engine mt

i have a ingalls td on the car right know set to the stiffest setting. would a solid upper engine mount make much of a differance. the reason i ask is i have been racing alot at my local track lately and my traction is bad, but i don't want to run radials so i'm looking at other traction options.

you should look into poly tranny mounts before you change the motor mount, since you already have the ingalls... i have the ingalls w/ tranny mounts and i get only spin on the street and just slight hop on the track.

if your looking at the TTR top engine mount it will not work with the ingalls. but the solid mounts will not bend like some members have had with there ingalls.

Difference is that the torque dampener actually has cushioned movement whereas a mount doesn't. If you get the upper mount you need the tranny mount at the very least.
