Ok, kinda hard to make sense out of your post. Uhmm, what I gather is you were in an accident and Geico is dropping you. That happens. Especially with new drivers because they are a risk to the company.

Well they should have known precisely what kind of car you have from the vin. Saying it's a performance car seems pretty shady. I used to work at Progressive too and they would not have dropped you for a single wreck so I'm thinking something else must be a factor here. Geico and Progressive had a pretty similar model on how they did business.

So, I guess some fact-finding is in order:

What's your age? Are you on someone else's insurance or are you on your own? If you are on someone else's insurance, were you listed as being there? Were you issued any citation at all in this event, even a non-moving violation? Does your vehicle have a flagged title history of any kind? Is your vehicle heavily modified? Where did the accident occur? Do you actually live where you're listed as living on your insurance?

You've barely given any information but I guarantee there is something else to this story.

well as far as my case goes i wasnt given any kinda ticket, im on my own insurance, i still live where the insurance is listed for, my car doesnt have any kinda flagged history, the only mods on my for performance is cai, full exhaust, and nitrous that the company knows nothin bout and a bunch of visual mods that they told me was fine before, and the accident happened in fron of a high school where it was after school hours but a high school girl pulled out in front of me tryin to go in the other direction. i do have two tickets on my record one from earlier this year and one from almost two years ago.

Well if you worked at a body shop painting cars for a liveing you would know. You could have a year old vehicle and they put either used or aftermarket parts on your vehicle. they fix it the cheapest way possible, Don't pay you to blend panels when they need to be blended. And half the time when you get you used parts their used aftermarket parts. Your car could be 6 months old brand new and they will not used factory parts on it. they fit and look like ****!!

Yea alot of people don't realize how much a pain insurace companies can be when it comes to **** like that. I worked for a guy that did body work and he told me about horror stories like that. Like the old saying goes, You get what you pay for.

I know a girl with Geico that has 3 speeding tickets, 1 not at fault claim, and 2 at fault claims 1 resulting in being sued for personal injures with a payout of like $5,000 and they haven't dropped her.

Hell her rates never even went up. You must have really pissed them off.
