Interior
thread #3....but this one's different
BioHazard helped me out with directions for all the panels i havent figured out yet (got 5 more to do once i buy some more cans of paint), but for the ones i could get myself....they look awesome. Im just sayin thanks to evryone who helped me out with questions, and im posting a few pics to show what i've done
ive got to swap out the plain grey fabric with some laser blue suede, or maybe a darker shade (and clean my room....)
the panel by the base of the door...this ones the driver side (note the hood release space....lol)
ive also got the piece below the steering wheel with the trunk release painted, but its still drying in the garage so no pics, but it came out just as clean
btw, i know this isnt headline news, im just really excited and bored

it was rediculously simple actually
-take off the door panel
-the lower side panels just pop off like the door panels and the silver trim on the dash do...seems like all the plastics in the car use the same clips
-mask off the fabric and the door handle piece with painters tape
-make sure the surface is clean (i painted over a few dog hairs on my first coat, n had to pull them off with tweezers)
-start spraying....this paint is like, immune to overspray
i did the whole door in 2 coats, and a 3rd to touch up areas that looked thin or had dog hair
also, try n make sure your inside (like a garage) so avoid wind and dust catching on the paint while it dries

hey it looks great, i'm starting to work on mine, so you say the vinayl and fabric paint works good? The guy a pep boys told me to dye it and not to paint it with that paint.
So I decided to paint it and not dye it, starting with the A pillars tonight

That looks great, I'll be doing something similar as im going with a black interior with blue accents.
(Mostly Black) then things like the Blue Trim, etc.
All Im really waiting for is the weather to do it.

the glove box is pretty easy to get off... it was kinda wierd i though i was gunna break it, but comes off easy... First there is like string attached to the right side of it, use like a screwdriver to pop it out and it will wind up on a little reel and hang there. Next there are 2 rubber stopers, one on each side pus them in and pull the glove box out. It should be pretty much hangign off now. When you have it hangign there take a look at the clips and pick a side it take off first i started on the rightand went left. That should be it.

I'd hate to say it but i kinda slacked off on my work, but i also went away for a month... now that i'm back i'm ready to finish it off, but i can't the drivers and passengers side seatbelts to come loose so i can get the panel that they are bolted on to....it seems like the belts are in at like 300 ft lbs of torque.... any help on this that i can get would be great....

Yeah I am also having a hard time with the seat belts. I've noticed that after you turn it 90 degrees or so, it will click. And I'm guessing after a set number of clicks it comes off. I'm gonna check with my dealer tomorrow before I break something. I know there's a trick to it because they don't want you messing with your safety equipment.
