Its gettin cold and we have already had our first snowfall.. Is there anyone else searching for a good deal on winter tire/wheel combo? I found a pair I can get from tirerack.com mounted and balanced for ~$311 shipping included..

Anyone know of some better deals?

Except for the factory tires on explorers the in the late 90s that blew up and caused a few deaths.. Other than that they are fine

no if you don't have the tpm sensors in your rims it won't effect any performance. all your gonna get is an annoying light on your dash until you put your stock rims back on with the sensors

Ford is recalling the explorers for a faulty suspension now.

The tire shop I worked at had more michellins come in with blow outs than any other tire about 3 to 1.
