I turned in my 2009 Cobalt SS Sedan yesterday. It was a long time coming so it wasn't so bad, but it sucks nonetheless. It was a baddass little car and I was proud to own one. Of course, I didn't turn it in without laying down its first real burnout and getting it up to 125 for giggles.
At any rate, so long Cobalt, but I'll still be around living vicariously through ya'lls cars.

haha, yeah, I lost my job last September, I've tried to hold on but in Feb the payments just grew to be too much. I bought it, 21k OTD with 0% financing
It took a lot of deliberating, but I really need to get things straightened away and get back on my feet.
Thanks for the response, keep on pushing the platform!!

Yup. It will go to dealer auction. It's not a lease car, it's a repo car. They usually will not tell you where or when it'll go up. I know someone who had a car repo'd in October, it didn't go to auction until February. The only way to really get a hold of one is to get in with a dealer that happens to go to the auction the car goes to regularly and have some sort of agreement with them to buy it for you.
