Have sex all over the seats. Guaranteed to soften up the leather.

what do you have the ss leather or the recaros?

i thought mine was pretty damn soft when i got it. i use some armorall (sp) crap to keep it nice and moist. i wouldn't want leather that was loose and crackily (like an icky vag).

Buy a leather care kit and basically massage it onto the leather. Leather was skin, and just like you can put a lotion on your skin to make it nicer, you can, and must maintain your leather. Leather can stretch, and soften, you just have to keep it moist, but no to the point/with anything, that will create a mold issue.
