Alissa- since it's gonna be more of a dedicated track car, are you going to run 8" 24 or 26" slicks or are you going to modify the front fenders a bit and try and go a little bigger? Trans brake will hit hard and may make it tuff to hook on small slicks. Only thing helping will be that the TVS won't be high torque down low verses a turbo setup.

I’m running 225/50/16 Hoosier dr2 drag radials with 15psi. They are 24.8”. My wheels are 16x7. They hooked really well for me so far. I’ll see how they do after all this.

From the looks of it, was it just rebuild with upgraded parts? Maybe a 4T65E PC solenoid. HP Tuners does all the pressure work we used to do years ago in the valve body and separator plate etc.
Are you going to run any other launch control with the trans brake? Supercharged and that stall converter is going to put a bunch of HP to those clutch packs to hold back. Your essentially applying first and reverse together but the clutch packs still have to hold.
Looking forward to seeing some bad ass launches.

Its my daily driver right now. Only car I have. We have talked about doing that but can’t until we get this other cobalt we are getting. And I would really rather not go that far. But we will see. Our track requires a roll cage if cars run 11.5 or under so I’ll probably have to get some type of cage that meets the requirements.

THe trans brake or line lock whichever we use will be on the same switch/bottom as the wot box. They will be used together. And it will have a kill switch for daily driving.
