I am looking for a shift light for my ss/sc and i just wanted to know any suggestions. I just want the shift light only no tach.... I was looking into the msd or apexi shift light but i dont know where to get them or how much i should be paying for them.

aeroforce guage has a shift light, easiest to install since you dont need a tack adaptor.

Raptor Performance is a cheap option, I run that myself

the MSD shift light looks very nice though...

the only thing you need to connect a shift light is power (switched), ground and tach signal

where do i connect the tach signal too? I dont know where that is

 

i couldn't tell ya the exact wire on an LSJ but there is a shift light install in the how-to forum if you do a search

you just need to tap into one of the wires coming off the plugs on the valve cover...

that looks just like the raptor shiftlight but i'm pretty sure you could find something cheaper than $140

 

i got the raptor shiftlight and it works sweeeet, and very esay to install
