Lower RPM Problem

When going from a dead stop when i try to push the car, it seems to act like its lost 50hp till about 2500rpm, and it also does this in second. The other gears i havent noticed it, mainly because if im gunning it the rpm's dont drop that low, and if im not gunning it.. well thats obvious i wouldnt notice.

I dont know if its a clutch problem (no slippage for sure though), a throttlebody or manifold problem (may need to be removed and cleaned), a spark issue (just replaced a week ago) or something else electronic. Nothing seems to be showing up on my scan tool either. So im am completely lost here...

iwas just gunna say, the motor is probably making 50hp less then it would in the upper rpms at least, so you are correct. especially in a 2.2.
