LSJ EGR Valve?
Hey everyone,
Sorry if this sounds stupid, or if it has been covered, but I can't seem to find a solid answer anywhere.
Does the LSJ have an EGR Valve? (Exhaust Gas Re-circulation Valve)
From what I can tell, some late model '06 L61 2.2's had one on the exhaust manifold.
Any info would help.
Thanks!

Broke down and had a shop install my header and downpipe.
They called to say that the header I provided was not ported out for the egr valve like the exhaust manifold is.
They said if they didn't port it, I would get a check engine light, and wouldn't pass emissions.
I said I didn't think there was one on my car, and that I would look into it. But they called me back and said that its capped at the engine, so there's nothing to worry about. They thought there was one because of the port on the manifold.
Then they called me back to say they broke a header stud.... Went by the shop to check it out. The bolt that broke looked like it was faulty from the factory. When you break a bolt, where it breaks looks like new metal. This bolt had a thin line if new metal around the edge, but all in the center looked oxidized.
Im just glad I wasn't the one who did it. They are going to get me all new studs because they don't want that to happen again.
Sucks though because I've been without my car since Wednesday, and won't get it back till Monday (knock on wood).
I don't know how you did it Eddie!?!
