LSJ Long block weight

Anyone know what the long block weighs? I have a 550/1100 electric hoist in my garage and would like to use that to lift the long block to work on it.

Awesome... Thanks. It's not the hoist, it's the ceiling I was worried about. I have lifted 300+ pound race scooters with it ok.
