I found a company called Muth Mirror Systems. They make some nice quality stuff. It's basically an add on for the LED turn signals in the mirrors that the Chevy Trucks have. So I went to check to see if they had anything for the cobalt, and they don't. So I shot them an E-mail to see if they had any plans. Here's my response.

We don't have plans to develop a Signal Mirror® retrofit specific kit for your Cobalt. This is due to low customer demand to date. Thank you for your request which is important to help determine what customer interest exists for specific vehicles. We will contact you if we do offer a kit in the future.
