Mu3 in 2009 ss/tc from factory?

I thought the 09 ss/tc had the mc2 trans with 3.82 final drives. My trunk tag says mu3. I have no idea if trans was ever replaced before me, I have no idea what it really came with. Every thing iv'e read here and on the net says the mu3 is in tc and the mc2 is in the lsj. Fifth column third down.

Yes, and LNF and LSJ are both MU3 trans code. Wikipedia is not correct.

Idk where you got mc2 but no cobalt ever had a mc2 rpo. MC2 is a gm manual transmission rpo but I don't even know what car that is for or even if its a north America option.
All lnfs and lsjs in cobalts had a mu3, ls, lt, and ss/na had m85 manual.

Someone put it in wikipedia and it has been perpetuated.
