So I wake up this morning and walk out side and I see eggs sitting in the driveway busted so I do a walk around the car. And there are 3 eggs broken on the passenger side door. So I start to clean them off, and all the egg comes off but the impact of the egg made a cirular crack in the clear coat, I am so pissed off. I will post up some pics later. I am gonna kill who ever did this if I find them.

 

wow that is totally fucked up...yo find those kids and kill them..lol. get even.

 

The thing is I could see this happening back in High School if I pissed someone off. But come on for no damn reason. That is messed up.

 

Hopefully you can buff out that mark, most cases you can

 

 

A good detail shop can get that out.

 

i could probly get it out my self, I am just pissed off, I shouldnt have to be buffing **** out of my new car's paint.

 

A co-worker of mine has a black Matrix, same thing. Hit by an egg doing 110km/h on the highway. He had no problem cleaning the egg off, but the round 'crack' in the clearcoat he can't get out with any amount of wax or elbow-grease.

Guess you will have to take it to a body shop

 

yea, a body shop can take that out 1.2.3. a little wet sanding and a spray of clear and its all gone.

 

no clear need a little 1000grit then hit w/ A touch of 1500grit then some 3m rubbing compund, and last but not least a little hand glaze. POOF gone

yea true, spraying more clear would be a little much.

 

I know how you feel, my car was keyed down to the metal. I would have killed that person and felt no remorse. Simply no reason for it, besides jealousy.

i had that happen to me with my first car. found out the next day in school when the kid was braggin. made a phone call to him and he said i better get at least 5 ppl cuz he had a whole group of kids if i tryed to something. so i pack 8 friends into a buick regal go to his house and theres only 2 ppl. i layed the hands to the kid. my buddy did to his friend (was at his friends house) and then the step dad came out saw the big croud call the cops. we take off and less then an hr later the cops are at my house. saying that the kid is all messed up and brused allredy. i laughed when he looked at me and i i had only one mark and it was my broken knucle. (sp) the cop said the kid got what was comming to him. and left it was the BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! good luck on finding out who did this! and sorry for the post high jack i just felt like i could share the experience with you
