My wheel rant.

Ok so I'm in the market for wheels, you allllllll know this and I've gotten lots of help and sugestions from you guys and for that I've given my thanks and tons of rep out.

But here's my problem, THE STUPID ******* 5X110 BOLT PATTERN LEAVES VERY LITTLE IN THE WAY OF WHEELS TO CHOSE FROM!!!!!!! Well for me it does anyway. I've been to damn near every freeking wheel site I can find and its always the same 10 to 15 wheels for the Cobalt! No one has anything different! And when I do find one I like....DISCONTINUED! WTF! Now true some of these wheels have great prices, but I'm not gonna get a wheel just for the sake of getting wheels, its GOT to be a cool looking wheel or I'm not getting it no matter how cheep they may be.

I THINK I have the ones I'm getting picked out but seriously the wheel industry needs to step up to the plate here and offer us more choices!

Anyone else think this?

I know exactly how you feel, Im in the process of getting rims as well. Try living in canada, its just that much harder! There are about 3 rims I can get here.

Next year im sure there will be a lot more, as there is a few more cars with the bolt pattern.

Yeah we can hope so anyway. Now if I want an ugly ass bling bling looking wheel I have more to chose from but I'm not into bling.

In your previous wheel thread,Reign posted a pic of the GT stock rims,i followed it with a little info on the rim, right now its difficult to get the g5 crowd to sell their rims, there is not much ob the market that can match the quality, plus our rims can be run in the winter

Yeah no doubt about that every wheel for the cobalt ss/sc is the same none different unless your like Erod who had his custom made and by the way Jackalope he is still trying to sell those if your up to buying them they are gold though i think but very nice and rare

well jack if its that much of an issue , ill drive down to MD and trade you my cobalt with my 4x100 wheel pattern, as EVERY wheel is made in that pattern and it already comes with excelent wheels on it think about it!

but no seriously find the wheel you want, call the company and i bet alot of them could custom drill for you, it will cost a bit more but im sure you could handle it
