need advice for my 6 speed swap.

Currently, my car has an F35 lsd tranny with 160,XXX miles on it. the tranny just started making a grinding noise which tells me that its time to do a Six Speed Swap...we beleive it is a bearing going bad inside....so i know this has been covered before but im going to ask myself anyways because of how much damn money a 6speed swap takes. ZZP recommends using the 2007+ SAAB for a more sportier gear ratio and that is fine and all but 6th gear is really what my question is about. we all know that with the F35, your engine is at 3000 rpms when cruising on the highway going 80 mph....and i dont like that. I really want my 6th gear to put me well below 3000 rpms so i can remain fuel efficient on the highway when cruising at 80mph but my other 5 gears need to be nice and sporty and make for good, quick acceleration. what F40 applications have this? will the 2007+ SAAB transmissions deliver what i am looking for?

and as a side note, ZZP told me that the F40 6speed from the OPEL insignia will fit in our cars but the the gearing is not optimal. i have been trying to research what gear set these cars use but their are so may different model insignias it has been making my research difficult. does anyone on here know the answer?

It's not terribly hard to calculate if you know your gear ratios and tire size.
