need help

i have 09 balt ss had to replace brakes at ntb tire at 17000 miles cause the rotor were grooved really bad so bought new pads and they cut the rotors but they said the rear rotors were so grooved that when they cut it they dont know if the rotors will warp, so drove 1000 miles on it with that damn squeeking, they cleaned the brakes and got rid of the rough surfaces 200 miles later they orderd new brake pads ( cause were under brake pad warrenty) and they still squeek like crazy and now the rear rotors are grooved again! idk how its not like im ripping up the E brake or anything just driving normal. i read on some past forums that the rear brakes always rub the rotors or something like that i dont ahve the money with car payemnts to afford whole new brakes and rotors again, so idk if i should just get rid of the balt for a 02 camaro ss or some type of mustang gt, need some input on what would be the best option
