Exclamation Need help

Okay so I need some of your help. I'm looking to get a new cobalt. I'm not looking to mod like crazy, I just want to do a couple things to it (looks wise and interior wise) unless it already has what I want done. I've found two cars. And I need help on the decision. One is a 2007 2.0 SS. It's been modded a lot and is exactly how I want the car to look. Here are the specs..

"Black 2007 Chevy Cobalt SS, it has a 2.0L Supercharged 4 cylinder 5 speed trans. with 55k miles. The car has lots of mods all done within the last 2 months and was dyno tuned in PA using HP Tuners software and put down 262hp at the wheels @ 16psi. It has heated leather seats, a/c, electronic speed assisted power steering, sunroof, factory pioneer stereo with XM radio, power mirrors.

Mods:
OTTP stage 2, 2.8 pulley, 60# injectors
OTTP stage 1 heat exchanger (as big as ZZP's stage 3)
Injen black intake
ZZP dual pass
ZZP option b with bracket (bracket is powder coated black)
Ingals stiffy torque damper (bracket is powder coated black)
Bad Mab header
ZZP Catted 3" downpipe with 2.5" outlet
Magnaflow muffler with the stock tip
ZZP Tripple gauge pod
AEM wideband O2 sensor
Glow Shift Boost and Volt gauge
K-Sport lowering springs
8000k HID headlights
12000k foglights
shorty antenna
Valve cover and supercharger are painted wrinkle black to keep an "OEM" look but still stand out"
A set of 18x8 MSR 045 wheels powder coated gloss black will be put on as well.
It's a really nice looking car. I could get it for $14,000

Now the other car is a Silver 2008 SS Turbo with only 20k miles. It hasn't been modded or anything. It's selling for $14,500 currently.
Both cars have clean carfaxes and are in perfect condition. I just want a car that will be be real quick without me having to do anything to it, look good, and last me for 3 years. Please help with this decision!
Thanks a lot

I'd go for the TC, if nothing else than for the fact that you will have warranty with it. Other than that, the seats are more comfortable, it handles better, and is easier to mod.

Yeah, TC ftw. Remember, all those mods on the SC means someone wanted it fast, so they made it fast, and then drove it hard (and fast).

The TC could very well be unmolested - the SC is pretty much guaranteed to have had a hard(er) life.

I agree with everyone else go TC.
You put a few hundred bucks into it and it will beat the 07.

If you can get the SC for 10.5 K or better Thats the only way I would even debate it ..... see all that stuff on that SS/SC ...... 200 bucks and a trifecta cable latter and your making 30-40 more WHP.

I love the SS/SC .... if you can get it for 3-4k less than the TC it's a great buy and a great car .... you cant beat the whine ...It's an awesome sound.
But a TC with half the miles for basically the same asking price with a warranty.... is just a no brainer.
