Hello. I need help, I have a 2006 cobalt ss s/c that I took on trade. The car only builds around 3lb of boost then breaks up really bad. So I've taken these steps with no fixing my issue, I've replaced all vacuum lines, replaced the supercharger bypass solenoid, replaced fuel filter, and replaced spark plugs to the ngk bkr7e's gapped at .35. But if I plug the vacuum line coming from the intake it will run full boost but get a system rich code and it uses allot of fuel. Need advice please. Thank you in advance
New to this so bare with me. I have a 2006 cobalt ss with a supercharger and I'm only building 2-3 lbs of boost. Run down, I've changed all vacuum lines, changed the s/c bypass solenoid, changed the fuel filter, changed the spark plugs to ngk bkr7e's, checked s/c bypass valve and it holds vacuum and still sputters out at 2-3 lbs of boost. If I plug vacuum line coming from intake I get full boost along with a system rich code and starts using fuel like crazy. Any help would be awesome. Thanks in advance.
I've recently acquired a 2006 cobalt ss supercharged. I'm not building boost, I've replaced all vacuum lines, replaced spark plugs with ngk bkr7e's gaped at .35, fuel filter, and supercharger bypass solenoid. Only builds 3lbs of boost, if I plug vacuum line coming from intake builds full boost but over compensates and throws a system rich code. And also tested bypass valve and it holds vacuum. And suggestions would be great. Thanks in advanced......
