alright. it has never been right since i turboed the cobalt. the way my zzp mani makes the k04 sit the stock ss/tc down pipe didnt work as planned. soo we chopped off the flange on the turbo elbow and welded a 3 inch pipe. ghetto i know. since then it went 3 inch to 2.5 inch then i bought a borla catback. 3 inch. the dame shop welded everything together and welded extra flanges that were not needed. while i have everything off for my build i figure now would be a good time. i want to have it so i can interswap catbacks by simply unbolting. heres some pics. if i get all the correct pieces i can run open down pipe for a few days then take it to work and have one a the mech. weld everything that needs to be welded.
