Need help please!

first off im not sure if this is in the right area... so if need moved can it be.

ok took the headlights out to paint eyelids... went great...
have had eyelids on for about 4 months now... yet again... great...
the past week or so its been foggin up from the freakishly humid days were gettin in ohio.. well i being a dumba$$ pulled it into my Cooler temped garage and left it over night... all the moisture turned to water... splashed the light and broke the bulb... what is the easiest way at fixing this...

1 take the whole plastic clear facing off and re-attach

2 look for seal break and seal again

3 (i doubt this would work but who knows a friend told me) drill a hole under the casing?

4 suck up to the wife and use some leftover money on my second largest paycheck of the year and buy halos? (my fav option)

5 your suggestions if im totally off the charts here... but if i cant do the halos what should i do i stil need an out just in case

do what reign said, then re- seal the headlight with some silicone....good as new. By the way, could we get a full frontal shot of the car? That first pic looks pretty bad ass.
