so when you're in excuciating pain, can't move, you're saying that it would be a good idea to tell this girl that is in pain to give you a blow job? if anything, it should be the other way around. maybe she's in pain now, but she won't be forever. and she'll remember the person that stuck around when all her other friends bailed.
