Hazard lights work. Brake lights work.

Headlights recently started being always on. I only know this because clock is dim driving me nuts. When I turn off auto lights the radio goes bright.

When I apply the lever, nothing happens until I complete the turn and it cancels.

Not sure if the two problems are related but they started within a week of each other.
