Oil leak, Help please

Hi,
I am trying to figure out where the leak is coming from. I can see fresh oil to the left of the alternator (pictured), but I'm not sure where its coming from. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

It kind of looks like it's getting flung around, possibly the front crank seal. Only real major oil sealing gaskets around there are the valve cover, timing cover, and front crank seal. You may need to wash down the front of the engine, and check frequently to see where it's starting to leave fresh stains.

I'd wash everything down again and check it all out some more. It could be the timing cover or the valve cover leaking down, but if the crank seal was nicked when the crank pulley was reinstalled or not installed straight enough it can and will leak.

Wow, I've never seen that before, that sucks man.

I know it's not aomething you wanted to have to do, but at least you can pick up a head fairly cheap for the car.
