Old Veteran Car Dude

Greetings. There were 14 left, but I bought a Victory Red SS yesterday from Quality Chevrolet in Escondido, CA. They sold the last white SS last week. They are out of Cobalts now.

I called Chevrolet, and I got a list of the 13 existing Cobalt SS coupes left in the country.


This is what I paid: $22,858 with all the options, including the "smokers kit", and I don't smoke! They gave me a $1,000 rebate and $1,000 owner loyalty ( I also have a 2000 Cavalier)

i was gonna wait and get a 2010 but the rebate was better on my 09 with the credit union discount and $500 waiving the 90 day return thing i got almost $3000 off

Got mine for 16,500 sticker price 2 years ago thats $10,000 off of normal sticker price for a fully loaded 2008 LNF. Paint warranty is voided & thats why I got one of the best deals that I have ever heard of on one of these.

There were 92 miles on the car, I got it in August, I had a "military" discount thru USAA(like $750) but I was finanglin with the sales guy for a minute an I wasnt goin for all the garbae deals they were throwin at me.. I shoulda looked into GMS1 while I was there tho :\
Its ok tho, trifecta tune comin up in a couple weeks
