Has anyone else ordered a stage 2 kit frome crate engine depot? I ordered one yesterday and need a ballpark estimate of how long it'll take them to get it to me so I can schedule an installation appointment with my dealership.

 

Just call CED 1-800-441-5150 and ask them if they have it in stock -- they will ship it to you. If they don't have one in stock they will tell you when they will get it and when you can expect it.

If they don't have one in stock you can bet noone else does either.

 

mine came in like 3 days.

 

Why not just wait until you get it, then make the appointment? I never have to wait more then 2 days to get an appointment at my dealer. I can usually just walk in.

 

Go to their site and click on order history. You will be able to tell if it's been shipped or not and when it's expected to arrive... or then again you could call Tom and ask him.

When I got mine I think it was like 3-4 days...
like said before.. why not just wait till you get it THEN make the appt?

 

The dealer is replacing all 4 wheels of mine under warranty and they called me yesterday and said they were in. I can't go in till the following Monday, 7 days later. The first time they got the wrong wheels in, got the polished ones instead, and when they came in it was a good 4-5 days later I could come in. I don't see how they can be that busy to have me wait 7 days later but I get free wheels so I can't complain.

 

I need a Saturday morning appoinment because work makes weekday appointments out of the question. My dealership is so busy on saturdays (probably because everyone has the same issue I do) that I need to schedule an appointment 2-3 weeks ahead of time. So now you can see why I'm chompin' at the bit to make my appoinment.

unless something crazy happened. CED is a great company.

 

I would definitely call CED and make sure they have it in stock because I purchased the exhaust and manifold and they didn't have either of them in stock. The manifold was on backorder and the exhaust took over a week to get.
