hey all, ive been on here for a bit now, I ordered my yellow 06 SS supercharged with the recaros and limited slip in aug, i will be picking it up sometime this week, just thought id share my excitement and i will post pics as soon as i get it
looking forward to for some good insight and some possible meets around the GTA

There wasn't a shortage of meets this year around the GTA and I had a great time at the one I made it to...hopefully you can make it out next year since the weather is quickly turning against us . Enjoy the car and congrats !

basterd...lol jk, i ordered mine before you and i dont even got a build date that i know of

 

thats the thing, they didnt even know a build date until it pretty much got dropped on the dealers lap, it takes about 2 months rougly, i knew mine was here cuz i seen a truck with a bunch of base cobalts and 1 yellow SS supercharged, goin towads mississuaga, i just knew that was mine, so after harrassing the dealer and not havin a build date, sure enuff that sucker was mine lol.

ok apparently i will be waiting anotehr month or so for this damn car??!!, just went to the dealer to see wat was happening fot this week, and now hes sayin its stuck in a warehouse and GM isnt shippin it until they ship out a few to vancouver and a few to montreal, bal bal bla, and also because of the high demand of this car, well i rushed my ass off to pay of the cavalier, now i have to wait like 6 more weeks, this is gettin ridicoulous, did any of you have a similar problem???,

 

oh and the SS i saw on the truck, wanst mine, i was told it goes straight to a warehouse b4 the dealer, which is close to the dealership, so when i asked he said it should be mine, turns out it wsnt even going to my dealership, grrrrrrrrrrr back to the friken waiting game

 

West York Chev olds has a yellow one in the lot and it's been there a few weeks.

i already put a down payment on it and i got a good deal since ive know the dealer for....well almost forever, i guess now i can save money until i get it for the performance upgrades, i guess theres a brigth side to everything.........but i want this car so fricken bad!@ lol

 

After hearing a few people say that they where getting there car that week and ended up getting them 4-6 weeks later then what the dealer told them. I guess this will happen to me too. I also order my 06 s/c a lil over a month ago and the dealer called me last week (10/4/05) to tell me that they where just now building my car, and it might be here next week. I ordered the car a month ago when he told me this so why are they just now building it?!? So I just this means I won't get my car until Nov. or Dec.

i ordered mine august 11th, im lookin at mid to end of november now from what ive been told.
