Please help......questions

alright, i have an 07 ls with 6600 miles, so i'm pretty sure my stock clutch is going, for the past few hundred miles it seems like it's been getting worse and worse. i took my car out today and it is really really hard to start off in, i have to rev it up to 2000rpms other wise it will jerk really bad. also when i shift it jerks really bad..........is this my clutch? it's not that i suck at driving, i am fine at driving stick. i did learn how to drive stick on this car for the most part.....is it possible for the clutch to already be gone? also do you guy think i should bring it to the dealer soon, or wait till it completely stops working? it should be under warranty, right? has this happened to anyone else, i'm sure the ss/sc's have a stronger clutch. thanks

If it's only at 6,000 miles it should still be under warranty, yes.
