i was just curious becasue right now im strapped for money and im so tired of this stupid wheel hop but has any1 ever tried the polurthane inserts for the trans mount. if so how hard r they to instal and how well do they work

 

i've installed them, they're fairly easy and i think they ride good. i also have the solid upper engine mount with em.. you do feel the vibrations with the mounts though. pretty sure any mount you feel the vibs..

 

Did you look around at all? Many people have them...

Intsallation isn't bad, 4 bolts on the front mount, 4 on the rear, and you really should have a press to put the inserts in.

 

want mine? im tired of the vibes....

do you use your ac? then every time you use it your car will shake obnoxiously.

ever want a quite ride home at night? dont count on it.

think it gets rid of wheel hop? think again

do you hate stupid rattles if you engine break? then youll hate life.


in all honest most of the time i can deal with it but sometimes it really is just a pain in the ass.

but it does help with wheel hop to an extent. it dose not get rid of it all. but helps.

well once im not strapped for money and get this new job im getting mounts for motor and tranny and upgraded axles but jus for a quick fix i just want 2 do the inserts 2 help somewhat with the wheel hop cause i cant stand it anymore

 

you cant like.......not do what ever it is you do when your wheel hopping untill you can get real mounts?
